Returns Policy
At Crafts by Sidders, we value your satisfaction. Our returns policy is outlined below:

Cooling-Off Period: For online purchases, there is a 14-day cooling-off period as per the change of mind law. This period starts from the day you receive your item. You must notify us within 14 days if you wish to return the item. We only cover the cost of the item and our most basic shipping price.

Return Shipping: After notifying us, you will have another 14 days to send the product back. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer unless the item is damaged.

Exclusions: The following items are not included in the change of mind policy:
- Personalised or custom-made items (e.g., custom jewellery, made-to-measure clothing, or items engraved with a name).
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, flowers).
- Sealed hygiene items if the seal is broken (e.g., earrings, underwear, swimwear, or cosmetics).
- Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.

Inspection of Goods: Customers are allowed to inspect online goods at home, as they would in a physical store (e.g., taking items out of the box or trying on clothing). However, if you use, damage, or devalue the item beyond basic inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to cover the lost value.
